Harry is a motivated developer who focuses on completing any work that gets assigned to him, totally invested and dedicated to the project at hand. I had a great time coordinating with him due to his detailed reports and positive attitude. It never was a problem for him to communicate through Slack or via a call to define or solve any issues, even if that meant working outside his working hours due to the workload or timezone differences. Continuously finishing courses related to the field he's working on and other interesting/new technologies/frameworks, he was fast to share with the team any interesting tech-news that were related to our stack or project.

Virtual Tools is an Australian Software development company, which has been developing SAAS B2B application's software for the Australian marketplace. Harry has worked for us full-time for the last 2 years, assisting our senior programers, predominantly in the development of our frontend prototype. While Harry worked mainly on the front end, he also assisted in hooking up frontend code with the backend API, which enabled him to gain a much better understanding of the  "Fullstack" development process and lifecycle. Over the course of the project, Harry’s work included,  HTML, Sass/CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Vuex, Nuxt.js, TypeScript, JSX/TSX, Ant Design, Zurb Foundation, Axios, Fetch API, etc. Harry is a very reliable, dedicated and focussed person, and he works very hard on satisfying those that he is working with to get the desired result. I worked with Harry first in the context of the ZURB Foundation open source project, and then later as an independent freelance web developer. I've had the pleasure of mentoring him throughout that time and beyond, helping him to learn and grow as a developer. Harry is one of the most dedicated and enthusiastic learners I have ever met. During the few years I've known him, he has gone from being a complete novice at HTML and CSS to being a core contributor on ZURB Foundation and being able to build complex front-ends with Vue.js. He is constantly studying and learning, and takes feedback and guidance extremely well, working hard to improve. Harry has a solid visual eye, and is interested in UI design as well. He has also expressed an interest (and invested some effort) into moving into more full stack development. Wherever he chooses to invest his time, I'm confident based on what I've seen that he will learn rapidly and quickly become skilled.
